The Howl-oween Half began in the mid 2000's, created by local race director Jared Eborn, an avid local cyclist and runner. These days, the event is managed by a local event management company TriUtah. It just a pretty name for a group of weirdo runners and triathletes who love endurance events and have a passion for hosting local, fun, events.
